A STUDY OF ROLE CONFLICT OF PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS

Abstract

The Teacher is the most important person in the school who helps in modifying the personalities of the future, building the culture of a country and maintaining culture pride of the country by giving beauty bright and soberly to life. Education is the program towards perfectness which his within the human being under the guidance of a teacher, therefore termed as protector of universal values, culture, initiator of revolutionary ideas & for all these characteristics a teacher must possess knowledge, strong characters and high moral values. In this study role of teachers has been studied and was seen that the role conflicts in male teachers was higher than female teacher.
